Work-seeker records: at least 1 year after creation or last service provided (per Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003)

Payroll, holiday, sick pay, pension, and HMRC records: as legally required

Consent-based data: retained in line with our retention policy; further consent will be sought when periods expire
